How are your shoes made?

Design: The first step in creating handmade leather shoes is to come up with a design. This is done by sketching the shoe on paper or using a computer-aided design (CAD) program.
Pattern Making: Once the design is finalized, a pattern is made. The pattern is the blueprint for the shoe, and it determines the shape and size of each piece of leather that will be used.
Cutting: The leather is cut into the various pieces needed to make the shoe. This is typically done by hand, using a sharp knife or scissors.

Stitching: The pieces of leather are then stitched together using a variety of techniques.
Lasting: Once the shoe is stitched together, it is placed on a last, which is a wooden form that helps to shape the shoe. The shoe is then left on the last for several days to allow it to take on its final shape.
Finishing: This can include adding details like buckles or laces, polishing the leather, and adding any final touches.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You can track the status of your order in the page My Orders but to do this you need to log into your profile. Upon every change in the status of your order you will be notified immediately by e-mail.
Contact us as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days as of receiving them. We’ll be happy to repair or replace them with new ones. You can also return the product without replacement – in such case we are going to refund the whole sum paid by you.
If there is a significant difference between the design of goods that you ordered and the design of goods that you have received – for instance the shape, material, colors or accessories, the product will be considered defective and may be returned or replaced. Please, bear in mind that a slight difference between the visualization of your design as it appears on our site and the actual model you receive, is possible. For instance, the colors displayed on your monitor depend on the customized settings and may create expectations for a bit different shades. In such cases the product will not be considered defective and will not be replaced or returned.
